pursuant to article 13 of Regulation (UE) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “GDPR” or “Regulation”), we inform you that the personal data you provide as a user (hereinafter “User” or “data subject”) while browsing this site will be processed by Same Deutz-Fahr Italia S.p.A. (hereinafter “Company” or “Controller”), and will be processed by it as Data Controller, in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and in accordance with the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activities of our company.

The Data Controller is Same Deutz-Fahr Italia S.p.A. with registered office at Viale F. Cassani, 15 – 24047 Treviglio (BG) Italy. The Controller has appointed a Data protection Officer who can be reach at dpo.sdfitalia@sdfgroup.com.
- Purpose of processing, processed data, basis of legitimacy and retention periods
The Controller will process your personal data (name, surname and e-mail address) for the sole purpose of:
- subscribe you to our newsletter service regarding promotions and discounts on our e-commerce. This subscription will only take place following your specific consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. The data will be kept as long as the service is active or in case of revocation of the previously given consent.
For registration to our newsletter service we use a double opt-in system: registration is only complete once you have confirmed your subscription by clicking on the link contained within the confirmation e-mail.
We would like to remind you that you will always have the possibility to revoke your consent also by using the appropriate link at the bottom of each communication. Revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to revocation.
The data collected will be processed by personnel authorized by the Data Controller pursuant to Article 29 of the GDPR. Data processing for said purposes will take place using computerized and manual methods, according to logical criteria compatible with and functional to the purposes for which the data were collected, in compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security provided for by law and internal company regulations.
- Data communication
The Data Controller, in carrying out the activities referred to in the above-mentioned purposes, may communicate and transfer your Data to third parties, by which is meant third parties authorized to the related Data processing, as they are in charge of carrying out or supplying specific services strictly functional to the pursuit of the purpose pursued. Such third parties may act both as autonomous Data Controllers and as Data Processors. The full list of Data Processors that process personal data on behalf of the Controller is available upon request.
The categories of recipients of the data may be as follows:
- IT service providers;
- E-mail marketing service providers
Your Data may be communicated to other companies belonging to the SDF Group, on the basis of legitimate interests; this may be for economic or administrative purposes provided that your interests, rights or fundamental freedoms do not prevail.
Your Data will not, in any case, be disclosed.
- Third country transfer
Your data will be processed within the EU. However, the transfer of data to Third Countries, i.e. outside the EU, cannot be excluded for needs related to the provision of specific services by the Data Controller, on the basis of a legal obligation or express requests by the data subject. In the event of data transfer to Third Countries, the Data Controller guarantees compliance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR.
- Data subject rights
With regard to your personal data, we would like to inform you that you may exercise the rights provided for in Article 15 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, which are set out below: right of access, right to rectification right to erasure or “right to be forgotten”, right to restriction of processing, right to receive notification when personal data has been rectified or erased or when processing is restricted, right to data portability, right to object to processing.

- Right to lodge a compliant
If you believe that the processing of personal data related to you carried out through SDF Store is in violation of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Article 77 of the GDPR) or, alternatively, to take appropriate legal action (Article 79 of the GDPR).
- Changes
We reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time. Any changes will be notified by posting the revised privacy policy on our website. Unless otherwise specified, such changes will be effective immediately. Therefore, please check this privacy policy periodically to read the most current version.
